What we collect

Your account basics (name, email), the files you upload, the transcripts we generate from them, and standard usage data (browser, pages visited). That's the whole list - no ad trackers, no third-party analytics cookies.

Your audio and transcripts

• Files are encrypted in transit and at rest.
• Processing is fully automated - no human listens to your audio.
• Your content is never used to train models, ours or anyone else's.
• Deleting a transcript deletes the source file with it, immediately and permanently.

Where it lives

Files and transcripts are stored on our infrastructure in the EU and US. Transcription is performed by a vetted AI infrastructure provider under terms that prohibit training on your audio and require prompt deletion; a fully self-hosted transcription pipeline is on our roadmap.

What we share

Nothing, except: payment details go to our payment processor (we never see card numbers), and we'll comply with valid legal requests - and tell you when the law lets us. Transcripts are private by default; if you create a share link, that one transcript is readable by anyone holding the link until you revoke it.

Your rights

Delete any transcript - or your entire account - from the app at any time, and export every transcript as SRT, VTT, TXT, DOCX, PDF, or CSV. For access, correction, or deletion requests beyond that, email privacy@flashscribe.ai - we answer within 30 days.
