The service

Flashscribe converts your audio and video into transcripts and subtitles. Free accounts get 3 files a day up to 30 minutes each; Unlimited removes the meter with a 10-hour cap per single file and a fair-use ceiling of 24 hours of audio per day.

Fair use

"Unlimited" means unlimited for a human being with recordings. The only published ceilings are 10 hours per single file and 24 hours of audio uploaded per day, resetting at midnight UTC - more audio than a day contains. Automated bulk pipelines, account sharing, or reselling transcription through the app aren't covered - for that, talk to us about an API agreement.

Your content

You own your uploads and your transcripts. You grant us only the license needed to process and store them for you. You're responsible for having the right to transcribe what you upload - recording-consent laws vary by place.

Accuracy

Transcripts are machine-generated and can contain errors. Review before relying on them for legal, medical, or other high-stakes use - the service is provided as-is, without warranty.
